The shop
Most people don’t distrust the bill.
They distrust not knowing.
We started Complete Auto Service on a simple idea: most people don't distrust mechanics because of the repair bill — they distrust them because nobody explains what's actually wrong. So that's what we do differently. We take the time to walk you through what your car needs, send photo updates when it helps, and never add on work you didn't ask about without checking with you first. Fair pricing, straight answers, and a car that runs right when you drive it off the lot. That's the whole job.
- We explain the problem before we fix it
- Photo updates and honest, fair pricing
- We ask before doing any extra work
- A car that runs right when you drive off
“Henok is fantastic. Was super helpful and offered great pricing for quality work. Helped me find a vacuum leak I could not track down. Replaced both CV axles on my truck in a weekend when I know it was more work than expected with a rusty truck. I will always come back to him for car needs. Being super friendly and honest makes it even better. Could not recommend enough.”

How a visit actually goes
No surprises. That’s the whole idea.
- 01
You tell us what it’s doing
Call or book and describe the noise, the light, the feeling. We listen — no pressure, no upsell script.
- 02
We diagnose and call you with the price
We find the real cause, explain it in plain English, and send photo updates when they help — before a single wrench turns.
- 03
We fix only what you approved
You okay the work and the price up front. Spot something else along the way? We call and ask you first. Never a surprise on the invoice.
Know before you bring it in
What you’re noticing — and what it usually means.
You don’t need to be a mechanic to describe the problem. Here’s the plain-English version of what we hear most. Recognize one? Give us a call and we’ll tell you straight.
- Grinding or squealing when you brake Usually worn pads — cheap now, expensive if it reaches the rotors.
- A check-engine light you’ve been ignoring Could be a loose cap or a real fault. We read the codes and test the system.
- Temperature gauge creeping up Cooling-system trouble gets worse fast — worth looking at before a long drive.
- Clicking on turns or a vibration Often a CV axle or a suspension joint. We pin down which one.
- Rough idle or hesitation Vacuum leak, sensor, ignition — a scan narrows it down quickly.
- The car pulls to one side Alignment, tire, or brake. A quick check tells us which.

“Henok is a great mechanic. Fixed my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee overheating issues. He found another big issue while fixing it and asked me before fixing that too. He sent me picture updates, which is amazing. He makes sure your car is running smoothly before handing it back over. I'll be bringing my other cars here as well.”
